Teaser: Hotels worst enemy. Yan ang tawag sa propesyon ni Louise Margaret Aravello sa mundo ng hospitality business. She’s a well-known critique in the whole world kaya naman ng mabalitaan ni Kiel Andrew Cristobal ang pagdating ni Louise sa Pilipinas ay sinigurado nito na mapupuntahan ng dalaga ang hotel nila and have a positive feedback from her. Everything was set and everything’s perfectly planned hanggang sa may mag-check in na dalaga sa main hotel nila. Mar-Aann Janihim, the worst guest you could ask for dahil masyado itong nag-co-complain sa kahit maliit na bagay. Kiel thought magiging ayos na ulit ang lahat ng mag-check out ang dalaga just to find out na nag-iwan ito ng malaking complaint and even told the Manager of the hotel na mag-post ito ng complaint sa internet. Kiel’s entire plan is in danger because of that annoying lady na mag-check in na daw sa kalabang hotel nila! Hindi maaaring magkaroon sila ng negative feedback sa kahit na sino and he will do anything para maging maayos ang lahat!
