On her Eighteenth birthday, Audrey Laurette finds a wizard, Elijah, standing by her butterfly traps out in the woods. He abducts her to his realm where butterfly catching is not only a hobby, but a need. When tensions grow between Elijah and his king, only then does Audrey realize that it is her they both desire. Much like her butterflies, she has to learn to spread her wings and fly away or else she could be captured in their own traps. Audrey is quick to learn that a stolen heart is a lost one. And when all fails and she falls for Elijah, only then does he take her back home to where she is set free. For she is his butterfly and once he captures her heart, only then does he let her go.

***Wattys 2016 Winner Visual Storytelling Category*** A Wattpad Featured Story. Mouse Stew and Other Tales is a collection of rhyming stories for children about the adventures of five friends - Mouse, Monkey, Bear, Mole and an ethereal creature they call the Woodland Sprite. Some of the stories have fabulous illustrations drawn by my dear friend Sringkhala, more will be added soon. My dream is that one day they'll be published as illustrated picture books.
