Rupert Hilden is haunted by the image of a bald man he saw through his bedroom window as a child. 24 years later he sees the same man in a distant apartment window and each time he sees the man he is closer. But Rupert is unable to convince anyone that what he is seeing is real. As Rupert investigates he uncovers several disturbing family secrets that seem to be connected. And then the murders begin... This psychological thriller horror tale will be presented in serial form over the course of 34 weeks. A readers review (electricblue85): Sean Fisher's "13 Windows" was one of the first books I completed in 2021. In short, IT BLEW MY FREAKING MIND. "13 Windows" tells the chilling, mind-boggling story of Rupert Hilden: a miserable individual haunted by the image of the bald man he saw through his bedroom window as a child. But the story is not that simple. Not. Even. Close. Things get complicated when the murders begin. I've never really been into horror / thriller literature, but this book single-handedly made me a fan! The writing style, the level of detail, the suspense, the amount of research that went into crafting the plot and stage for this dynamic masterpiece of a book is STUNNING. And Sean Fisher composed MUSIC for the book. MUSIC! I highly recommend this story to inquisitive readers who want to be simultaneously impressed and disquieted--especially those that crave a great plot twist (because wow).

BOOK 2 ELEMENTAL SERIES: NORTH WIND DOTH BLOW "Look close into your soul Search deeper than before Perhaps what you are looking for Is waiting there after all" It has gone missing. The most dangerous game in the world of magic, a fatal board game called 'Malediction', has been stolen. Created by makers with skewed senses of humour, this game has the potential to destroy the world. The Chairman of the British Authority of Magic reaches out to Tori, enlisting her help in tracking down the thief and the game before its horrors are unleashed. Tori, still trying to get back onto her feet after her first year at Eldridge College of the Magical Arts, grudgingly accepts to help. After all, it's only a board game. How bad could it be, right? Wrong. In this charged race against time, and a man more evil than can be fathomed, it is up to Victoria to hunt down the game, before an unpleasant past explosively repeats itself. And as if that is not enough, Tori must man up to face the ghost of the past of a woman who was known by all and yet by none, who has taken to haunting Tori's dreams. Is she just a figment of Tori's imagination? If not, then what is it that she is so adamant to warn Tori about?
