There was no history behind Shadow and his Brother. Their parents died long ago and while the villagers kept them alive they weren't accepted by them. They didn't even tell them their names or who their parents were. It was like if they were waiting for their deaths. For them his brother was just a burden. And Shadow? They didn't even know he existed. As the years passed by they grew older, his brother kept alive by the gifts from the villager as Shadow stayed hidden. But the two brothers wanted to know where they came from. Their origin. And they wouldn't rest until they found out what the villagers kept secret.
