Sebastian Michaelis is soul raging. Since he didn't devour Ciel's soul at the end, he thirst for one every day of his life. Ciel began to notice his off behavior and orders him to fix it. In order to fix it, Sebastian decides to go out and look for a concubine. He finds a female named Camilla and she accepted his request. She swore to help him with anything, no matter the circumstances but she didn't know that he had other needs that he needed to be fulfilled. Months go on and she has not been outside of Sebastian's room. She has been out only to serve his young master by cleaning around the Manor. She really began to hate the circumstances. One day, Ciel took notice of her bruises and bite marks from Sebastian's rough foreplay. He started ordering her to come to his study so they can talk.
