️️⭐️3rd Place in Haikyuu Watty Awards 2015 Tooru Oikawa Category⭐️ "Can what's broken ever be fixed again?" In my childhood, volleyball was what revolved around my life. Who made me believe this was Oikawa Tooru. The promise that we made as kids that we would together become professional setters was just a fatal dream. It was what I wanted to believe. However at the end I had to move after middle school and up in a car accident. At that moment things drastically changed. Jumping only gave me pain. Go fix your knee, but with possibility that you can never use your leg in the same way again or suffer. 2 years I continued volleyball with pain and became the Goddess of Victory. But I want to see him again, the promise I made I will keep it. This story goes along with my other stories in the "Haikyuu Fanfiction series" Some lines are from the anime/manga~ I don't take credit for them as my own Started on 8/27/2015 Completed on 8/12/2017 Cover by An-tan

It never bodes well when a prince of Asgard takes an interest in a mortal. Not for Aila. Not when that god is Loki, the infamous father of monsters. To love such a god is as improvident as it is dire. Curse Of Blood: Gods & Monsters is a dark, romantic tale spanning three parts, and weaves together a tapestry of ancient myths and viking lore. It tells the story of Aila, a woman who must overcome the trammels of loss and the vicissitudes of love to emerge as a leader of men; and the mother of werewolves. This is the prequel to Lair of Beasts. Read in any order. Cover designed by @jeaninecroft Copyright © 2016 by Jeanine Croft

Treasure Island follows young Jim Hawkins, who finds himself owner of a map to Treasure Island, where the fabled pirate booty is buried; honest Captain Smollett, heroic Dr. Livesey, and the good-hearted but obtuse Squire Trelawney, who help Jim on his quest for the treasure; the frightening Blind Pew, double-dealing Israel Hands, and seemingly mad Ben Gunn, buccaneers of varying shades of menace; and, of course, garrulous, affable, ambiguous Long John Silver, who is one moment a friendly, laughing, one-legged sea-cook . . .and the next a dangerous pirate leader. The unexpected and complex relationship that develops between Silver and Jim helps transform what seems at first to be a simple, rip-roaring adventure story into a deeply moving study of a boy’s growth into manhood, as he learns hard lessons about friendship, loyalty, courage and honor—and the uncertain meaning of good and evil.

"Anna Karenina" is the tragedy of married aristocrat and socialite Anna Karenina and her affair with the affluent Count Vronsky. The story starts when she arrives in the midst of a family broken up by her brother's unbridled womanizing—something that prefigures her own later situation, though with less tolerance for her by others.

Marie wanted to be as good as her mother wanted. Since her older brother was diagnosed with autism, she is considered the family's "normal" child. She thus feels she must be perfect in every way, which soon turns out to be a haunting task. Desperate for love and to make sense of her mother's contradictory behaviors and spiritual changes (from her mother's infidelities and alcoholism to a strict religious cult, and back again), Marie starts a friendship with a make belief friend, Ana. Ana is beautiful, loving, all-knowing and lives in an older version of Marie's house. Ana is the best friend one could hope for...that is until she encourages you to pursue a life threatening path. A book loosely based on my life: my relationship with my mother, my father, my autistic brother and my sister; my life in a cult; and my battle with anorexia. Nevertheless, this book is a work of fiction (imaginary friend, haunted house, mystical creatures, paranormal, etc).
