Gerard's mindset is very different from everyone else in his grade. Nobody understands him, except for his brother, and not by much. When Gerard's "older" brother leaves early for college, he gives the job of watching over Gerard to his closest friend Frank Iero. For at the least four years Mikey will be gone, both Frank and Gerard have to learn to understand each other, and hopefully make it through the school year alive.

Gerard had an abusive daddy so he ran away. In his attempt to escape, he met a man named Frank Iero who decided to temporarily take him in. The plan was to keep Gerard until he could take care of himself, and then put him in an orphanage. But Frank and Gerard's relationship grew until Frank couldn't bear to let Gerard go so easily. Even when things got better between them, Gerard's abusive daddy was still looking for him, and once he was found, he wasn't going to give up easy.

Every single one of Frank's exes only wanted him for his money. After his last breakup he swore off dating completely, deciding instead to have more promiscuous, non-commital relationships. The classy sex club Inferno was his favorite, especially after he meets G, a red-haired stripper with a fine ass and a tongue like silver. Gerard Way is curious about the abandoned house just outside of town. It has always captured his attention ever since he can remember. Every time he asks about it people say "it's haunted" or "it's empty" or "why are you even worried about a stupid, old house?"
