Note: This fanfiction is from season 5 onwards but it is going to be completely different from the actual SPN though the characters will remain just the same. And I have took some inspiration from tumblr and pinterest! After the fall of Lucifer and Sam into the cage, Castiel is resurrected as a human and not an angel. Dean, distraught from losing his brother to the cage, goes on with Castiel teaching him how to be human and somewhere, feeling strange feelings he thinks he shouldn't feel. Until one day Gabriel, the archangel killed by Lucifer shows up and saves Dean from demons who are looking for Castiel and reveals that he also has been resurrected but not to his full potential and tells them that something big will soon go down now that God has been resurrecting angels. Worried for Castiel, Gabriel shows them a huge underground bunker and tells them to maintain a low profile until he gets back with some information but they are taken aback by the surprise already waiting for them in the bunker. In the middle of all things, Dean finds himself feeling for Cas while he teaches Cas to be human. But with the inevitable coming up, their love and profound bond will be threatened and put to test. Lucifer has unleashed an army of archfiends onto the world to carry out his work before falling into the cage and only a specific angel's blade woks on those archfiends which are made by Lucifer himself. But archfiends, happy to be out and about are not really doing what Lucifer told them to so they're making sure Lucifer doesn't climb out of the cage by taking Sam, Lucifer's vessel in their possession. Even after getting the blade, they find themselves with only one specific idea which is supposed to stop archfiends from slaughtering the world. Cas and Dean's profound bond will be put to test when Cas will sacrifice himself again for the Winchesters. Will their love suffice or will they fall in flames?

There were two signs. The first pointed to the left and read 'Godric's Hollow'. The second, to the right, said simply: 'Onwards'. The door in front of them opened and the two Potters climbed on board. Lily inhaled deeply, breathing in the familiar old train, and spoke the only destination that really mattered: "Take me to my son." AU 5th year. Reunions, adventure and second chances. **Only the bonus chapter is paid, the rest of the story is (and will stay) free!!** Libby Marks-Whelan is decidedly not a lady.
