Alana Mills first thought she was going on a normal Camping trip with her school peers, but as a storm rolls in, the buses carrying over 200 teens were forced to turn back around home. But as the teens make their return, they start noticing something different. The eerie quietness on the town only confirmed it. Everyone was gone. They were alone. After enjoying their freedom from adults, it really starts hitting them that they have no idea what has happened to their parents or where they have gone. based on netflix's 'the society' katherine wood expected to go on a regular school trip with her peers, but to their dismay, the bus didn't stop at their intended destination. with the attempt at trying to contact their loved ones, after the bus seemingly turned around and dropped the students off at their pickup spot, they gave up and headed home with hopes of reconnecting with normality after a nights rest.
