Mitch Grassi gets sent to Rockwell East School for Troubled Teenagers after getting framed for stealing something at a local convienient store. There, he soon meets dark, mysterious, and very lustful Scott Hoying, who makes it a goal to make Mitch one of his many lovers.

Scott's vision is fuzzy. Hazy. Unfocused like it hasn't been since the LASIK. He vaguely wonders why, but his head hurts so much he's distracted and can't figure it out.
