One month before the Cunning Hares stole the strongbox from the Red Fang Gang, Belle and Wise received a strange videotape that displays events that have yet to passed. Not only that, various agents along with four members of Public Security are being n their store. Just what exactly is this tape? (I don't own Zenless Zone Zero as it belongs to Hoyoverse)

All is well in the business surrounding Random Play, becoming as prosperous as ever in renting out films via videotapes. That is, until an unexpected visitor pops into the store. A bangboo without a master, whose internal data is filled with unknown films from an unknown source. It begs the managers to let it stay to prevent being scrapped, in exchange for the films' data flowing through its core. As the shelves at Random Play await their new stock, could these films be the latest additions? They suddenly found themselves ending up in the same dream and somehow ended up in the dimension of a Spectator, observers of realities and archivists of space and time. The Spectator, surprised by the sudden visit, decided to provide entertainment for their unexpected guests until they could find a way to bring them back home.
