"A prophecy was foretold long ago, where death and destruction reigned. Adusk, God of Shadows, planned to ravage the land in an attempt to recreate the desolate land that Genesis revived, and would have nearly succeeded if not for Genesis herself. She sacrificed herself to defeat Adusk and shatter both their physical and spiritual forms and turn them into gems of raw energy. The ones who worshipped Adusk, more formally known as the Nightstalkers, kept his energy and those who praised Genesis, the Sunstriders, kept her. The prophecy foretells that two demigods will be born from the gods' energies. The two are destined to fight for the fate of the world. However, destiny can indeed change."
