(In the process of re-editing this story) *Book One in the Treacherous Series* Maeve I lead a fairly boring life. I don't party, I don't go clubs, and I definitely don't go out on blind dates set up by a coworker I barely tolerate. I show up to the date thinking I am meeting some prince charming type, but in his stead is a mysterious man with cloudy gray eyes and devilish good looks. Caine I am the feared leader of the Russian Bravta. For years, I have plotted revenge against the person responsible for stealing the single most important person away from me. I will stop at nothing to ensure I get what I want, even if the cost requires me to hold an innocent woman captive.(18+) Trigger Warnings: This book is a dark romance with lots of trigger warnings such as: -sexual content -use of weapons (guns, knives, etc) -killing -kidnapping -abuse This story is not for everyone, please be aware before continuing. Please note that I used Google Translate for the Russian to English translations. There is a chance that they may not be accurate.

#1st in werewolf #1st in confessions and fighter #1st in humor #5th in romance Hayley Hood is a 17 year old girl who has gone through so many things in her life. Always wearing her protective hood; she manages to remain invisible- that's until the school's five Badboys decide to go to the underground boxing area and see her hooded figure fighting. But Hayley didn't want them involved in her already complicated life. She didn't want her cover to be blown- she wanted to remain invisible. Unfortunately, it was practically impossible for that to happen since Blake, the alpha, was her mate. Since Hayley was a human; she didn't really believe in werewolves apart from a few books she had read as a child. She certainly did not understand why Blake stuck to her like glue and though she kept pushing him away, the mate bond always made her feel attracted to him. The thing is that Hayley had vowed not to let another person enter her life ever since her most precious thing in life had gotten hurt. Her little sister, Mia. Her sister was the only thing that mattered in her life, it was the only thing that kept her alive and going. It was her reason for living and that was why Hayley would fight anything that tried to touch or hurt her little sister. She perfectly knew that if her sister got broken then she too would be broken. And that was her major weakness. Written : May 2015 - 15th July 2018

Ashley Martin has been through more grief than a person experiences in their entire life and carries baggage that no kid should ever entail. Tyler Miller is the school's scandalous bad boy who acts on impulse, blinded rage and will single-handedly destroy anybody who stands in his way. Then all of a sudden, they're thrown together and despite their destructive past, they're forced to overcome their differences. It's time for Ashley to stop running away from his death glares, blank stares and that spine-chilling scowl that reminds her just how little he cares. Driven by a whirlwind of secrets, a class assignment and midnight walks into the past, things should start working out. But then fate kicks in; hard-hitting and soul-crushing. It's a fight-or-flight situation, a reincarnation of her past, a chance for him to right the wrongs he did by her. A second chance is like giving someone an extra bullet for their gun after they missed you the first time round. So here's Tyler's gun. Here's Ashley's heart. And here's to their second chance, however hopeless it may seem.
