Story Progress: Currently being Written _________ The dawn of Homeworld began with Black and White Diamond starting the empire of the Great Diamond Authority. However, as Homeworld grew the two drifted apart. Black was quickly overshadowed by the creation of Yellow and Blue Diamond, leaving him with the title of the Forgotten Diamond. Slowly undercut and eventually subdued by his fellow diamonds he became Homeworld's greatest disappointment. But then came Pink Diamond and that's when everything changed for better or worse. (I don't own Steven Universe I only own my OC Black Diamond, fusions, the cover for the book, and added perspectives to the story.) NOTE: The Beginning of this story is under revision. If you don't like the story's beginning now, you might like how its written later. So, give it a second chance another time. REVISION PROGRESS: CH. 1-10 NOTE: This story features a WEAKENED Diamond character in the beginning. With quote-on-quote feminine traits as well. This is a fanfic about a progressive and influential show, so don't expect the norm when reading it. So, if that's not your flavor and you would prefer a character of this variety to be strong and hardcore right out of the gate do not read this story. There are plenty of people that enjoy this story. Your hate comments will not be validated with a frustrated or angry response. (Note Dated: 2/2/2023)

Unbeknownst to them, they are about to embark on a journey of grand proportion and unlock some underwhelming powers they will use to help the Crystal Gems and their ongoing battle to protect Earth! Of course, they get a little help along the way. (I originally posted this on Quotev, thought maybe the Wattpad audience would like to read it too!)

You are an absolutely impossible being. A Jaspilite gem, shattered thousands of years ago, your shards inherited by various organic beings throughout the ages, until you willed your own gem back into one piece while surviving unsurvivable injuries in a fight no one could have won... but which you did win. You are a human and a gem at the same time. Encountering her while she was temporarily cured, you became the only being with a chance to redeem Jasper. And you did. You came to love each other, but had to say goodbye when her corruption eventually returned. It's hard to say for certain how long it's been since you last saw Jasper... far too long, to be certain. But the time has come at last to be reunited with her, whatever it takes. But your celebration will be cut short when the two of you go on a high-stakes mission to another planet which is threatened with total destruction. The two of you will struggle with monsters, aliens, and your own differences, and meet new friends along the way. For you and Jasper, it will be your finest hour... but not everyone will make it out alive. There shall be no "happily ever after" this time. This is the sequel to "It's Becoming Crystal Clear." I strongly recommend reading that first. Also, definitely check out Agent Dmitry's Jasper x Reader stories "Stranded" and its sequel, "Redemption!"

Have you ever heard of the Mandela Effect? It describes the supposed phenomenon of remembering events which have since been altered. Many humans recall that Nelson Mandela died in prison, and even remember watching his funeral on television. But as every record shows, this did not happen. Lately, you have been experiencing the Mandela Effect. Borders, continents, history, even the positions of the stars, have seemed "off" to you for some time, and now the feeling is becoming unshakeable that something is very wrong. Naturally, no one would find it ordinary to be kidnapped by a titanic blue-skinned monarch from another world, but what you soon find truly remarkable is that she has been feeling the very same way.

"It is the enemy who can truly teach us to practice the virtues of compassion and tolerance." -Dalai Lama A confusing turn of events surrounding a seeming internet scam leads to you inheriting an impressive house and a considerable sum of money from a distant relative. Before long, you are living in your new house in Beach City. This seems at first to be a delightful happening, but making friends in your new home turns out to be a more difficult task than you had imagined, and you are left feeling very lonely... until a surprise encounter with someone who shouldn't be up and about changes your life forever. I will attempt not to specify the gender of the reader's character, though I will use male pronouns if I do (before anyone complains, most such stories assume the reader to be female). I apologize if the story is boring or slow-paced - it is written as I would act, and I am not really energetic, violent, or extroverted. Do not anticipate any racy content beyond possibly some wordplay and innuendo, if that. I apologize if there are massive delays between chapters; this is not a sign of me giving up on the story, it will just be because I am frequently depressed and extremely lazy.
