Olivia Benson arrives to the scene of yet another crime to meet the victim, Taylor Parker. As she so often does, Olivia finds herself overly invested in the case, and becomes attached to the young 16 year old girl. Once the investigation is over, though, Olivia is not able to let Taylor go, and makes a decision to permanently keep her around.
