Primrose Everdeen, sister of the mockingjay, died. Or everyone thought she did. Even her sister thought she did. The only person that knew she didn't was president Coin, and that is because Coin was the one that wanted her dead. When she wasn't, Coin took her and hid her a place no one could find her.
