Briana Jones is the girl that everyone loves to hate. She's not like other African-Americans and they hate her for it. She attends a predominantly black school where most of her peers are the stereotype of black teens in America. She sticks to herself, because she has to, but that all changes when Lynch Drive High receives its first Caucasian in decades. And this Caucasian takes an interest in Briana, like no one has before. Elizabeth is a smart, 21 year old college student on her way to graduating, but there's a problem. She's pregnant by her secret boyfriend and she's nervous about how to break the news to him and his sister, her best friend. She confesses and things don't go as planned. Her friend doesn't trust that it's her brother's baby and her boyfriend doesn't want to take responsibility. She is heartbroken and doesn't know what to do about the situation she's got herself in.
