I had a talent for gymnastics, and had been spotted when I was about 5yrs old, and my parents had been advised to send me to the boarding school. My parents hadn't really wanted to send me here, but the authorities had convinced them that it was the best option for me. Now I'm 17, turning 18 this year. I wished my parents hadn't agreed - I've missed half of my brothers lives as they grew up, and I only get to see my family about four times a year. At least this is my last year - one year, and then I'm free! .......All I have to do is get through it.

The Science of God will be one man's attempt to explain his reasons for believing that there is one God, the creator of the universe, and why Christianity is His one true faith. We are living in times when Christianity is openly mocked and Christians the source of public ridicule, even violence. We are at war. We are at war for the souls of men and women, children, gay and straight, Muslim and Buddhist. Jesus showed no favoritism to whom He would love. Neither shall I. I am not a theologian or church leader. Only an engineer. A man who has loved science since his first view through a telescope at the beauty of the heavens. It wouldn't be until my 30th year that I found the Creator of those heavens and asked His forgiveness. I still ask His forgiveness. It is the best we can do. A friend challenged me to write a short story in one hour, no research allowed. And the topic?... War. Anyway, this is what I came up with...hope you enjoy!

Reece Bremer goes through life with a scowl and cold personality. Jessica Andrews goes through life with a glowing smile and positive outlook. Reece looks at life with dull, judgmental eyes that make him hate the world and the people living in it. Jessica, well... She looks at life through a camera. Literally. They're polar opposites, and that's what sparks Reece's immediate hate for Jessica the moment they meet. All he sees is a girl with the best life, put in the category of those who get everything handed to them on a silver platter. But who says Jessica's life is like that?
