The person behind this scheme was left unknown, which had the authorities left with nothing. Sokudo's identity and actions are hidden from the public, but are also hidden from his memory. As he gets older, Sokudo begins to regain his memory's back, most of which are traumatizing. But he still can't figure out who brainwashed him, making him often paranoid and confused.
