"The Tell-Tale Heart" is a short story. It is told by an unnamed narrator who endeavors to convince the reader of his sanity, while describing a murder he committed. The victim was an old man with a filmy "vulture-eye", as the narrator calls it.

The Hopkinsons had their little, happy world at their feet, each with secret problems, only to be hid from one another. but when eldest girl, Fall, is the victim of a targeted terror attack, Jamie attacked by her own heart, their little world is now on their shoulders. For Fall, all her life, she has felt, that she lives a different life in her dreams, but when she wakes up, she never fully remembers. when she wakes up in a hospital bed, and meets Edward Bane, she wonders why she feels she loses a small part of herself whenever he goes? Slowly healing from wounds on the inside and out, can this family ever truly find themselves again, admist the allegory of their totally different and combined worlds? But when Fall finds her past catching up with her, it's not only truth and forgotten live she rediscovers, but a secret, a frosty one. A secret that could melt a frozen heart.

This is a story narrated from my view and deaths. When a young woman, with a young child, stumbles into the labyrinth, which is his life, it is amazing for him. The only thing that welcomes him is graveyards and the odd church, if he can disguise himself properly. He is astounded, when the woman sees him as a friend, a possible love interest, and a young girl who has nicknamed him "Boulevard". To fall in love is something. But how can you when you're one of the most feared by humans. When no one but you has served Hitler, or times other villains as loyally as thou? How can you fall in love with a person, when your the person that meets everyone once, that will someday carry that woman and child in his arms. How can he ever really find live and home with them when he is haunted by humans. putting the saying "Love thy will conquer all" to the test, what is the last possible answer for the cursed and blessed?
