An Alice In The Wonderland Retelling Seventeen-year-old Eleana Rosenberg lived a terribly mundane life with her adoptive parents and sister before she was swept away to a world with wormholes in the form of rabbit holes, deadly gorgeous shapeshifters, and one mad king-while attending a dreadful countryside wedding. Eleana was caught in the middle of a confuddling mess between a country of bizarre citizens and a bipolar royalty, all wanting to crown her queen, a nest of skeletal monstrosity in a creepy ivory palace, and the development of her very own peculiar powers. How is a girl to keep her sanity in a world of madness?

Lips as red as a rose, hair as black as night, skin as white as snow. The legend of Snow White is the most well-known of all fairy tales. But take a look at that sentence. The most famous in all fairy tales. To be honest, if Snow White really looked like that, she'd look like a vampire. In a world where magic and machines collide, Snow White is not who she seems. In 501 V.E., Adena is the sister of the crown princess of Japan, Eirwyn. Always the prettier sibling, Eirwyn was the favorite of all guards and of the king. Adena is a vampire hunter. But her sister, Eirwyn, is a vampire. An evil one. Adena must hunt and kill her sister, to save the Imperial Kingdom of Japan. A retelling of Snow White. But this one has no happy ending. Snow White is bloodthirsty. The "Evil Queen" is helping us. And the forgotten sister just might be the one to save them all. This fantastic and amazing cover is made by the always wonderful @pathways_end. I love it, and she's an amazing human being, you should all go check her out.

***WINNER of the "BREATHTAKING: A FANTASY AND SCIENCE FICTION NOVEL WRITING COMPETITION!" "You are a secret kept from the world, but not from me." So begins the peculiar message found slipped under a bedroom door on the morning of May first. Theo is the heir to a powerful dictatorship. The number of people allowed to know he exists is few. He has spent his entire life walled up in the Tower, the looming stone monolith from which his father rules over the Land. Merryn is the daughter of political prisoners. She's known who Theo is longer than he would think possible, and she is taking a great risk contacting him via handwritten notes in order to convince him he deserves more than the fate his father has designed for him. She has one month to exchange daily messages with him, to answer his questions and open his eyes to the realities of a world he has never been allowed to see. A revolution is coming to the Land at the end of the month, and if Merryn's notes fail to get their point across, Theo may never live to see the sunrise on June first. A/N: The following letters were originally published each day from May 1st-31st, 2014. As you will see,Theo is allowed to write down a question for Merryn each evening, but you, the reader, won't see these within the body of the story. It may or may not be obvious from Merryn's response what Theo is asking. Part of the fun is guessing what his questions might be, but if you really want to know what they are, a list of those questions is at the end of the story. This story is a re-imagining of Rapunzel. Now, without further ado-I believe a young heir is about to unfold a slip of paper found on the tile floor near his door... Let's see what it says!

Princess Lily of Eden has always done whatever her twin brother, crown prince Jeremiah, did, whether it be sword fighting or learn politics, but as she grew older her behavior is viewed as less and less acceptable. When war strikes her kingdom, she does all she can from the confines of the capital, but it is not enough. Her men are dying. Her towns are burned to the ground. Her people are hungry. The death of the general and her father's reluctance to replace him pushes Lily over the edge and she takes matters into her own hands. She was determined to save her kingdom even if it meant leaving the safety of the castle, perhaps never to be allowed back in. Runner-up in the 2016 FCRA's Cover by: @Penneywithaney

I took a breath and quickly wiped a stray tear from my eye, "I'm tired of living in their shadows, waiting for them to finally realize that I still exist. I tell myself to be strong, to ignore the pain that they cause me, but I can't. I love them. I love them and they don't love me." His face softened as he put a hand on my cheek and rubbed away another tear. I gave him a helpless shrug, "When will it be my turn for a happy ending?" ********* Everybody knows the story. Peter Pan flew to the nursery window of Wendy, John, and Michael Darling and took them all to Neverland where they had marvellous adventures filled with flying children, evil pirates, and mischievous mermaids. Most would call it a classic. But there is nothing classic about this tale. Little do story tellers know, there was a fourth Darling child who lived in the nursery. Ophelia Darling was seemingly forgotten when her siblings flew to Neverland, and now she's more alone than ever. Her siblings have shared an experience and made memories that she will never be able to compete with. Ophelia decides that there is nothing more vile in the world than the boy named Peter Pan, who stole her siblings from her. Join Ophelia Darling as she fights her way back into her siblings lives, and somewhere in the process, discovers that life is nothing like the way stories say it is. It's much more complicated. Every culture has its own version of Cinderella, whether it features glass slippers and fairy godmothers, or enchanted trees and magic fish, the love story endures and goodness is always rewarded. But in this story, Ella has been replaced by Elliot and her beloved prince is a princess severely lacking in charm. Elliot's step-father expects him to work from dawn until dusk, leaving him no time to miss the life of happiness and comfort he once knew. When the rest of his family are invited to a series of balls, held in honour of the Princess Charmaine's return from school, Elliot longs for a night off and the opportunity to reconnect with his childhood friend. But his step-father is busy plotting how his own son can win Charmaine's heart and doesn't want Elliot getting in the way. They will soon discover that Charmaine won't be easily charmed. She doesn't need a husband to rule by her side and she's going to use these balls to prove it. That is, until a friend from her past reappears and she discovers that falling in love doesn't have to mean losing control. Princess Charming is a gender-reversal retelling of Cinderella and a companion story to Mirrored Snow.
