Many cats did not survive, and those that did are weak and wounded. With no foliage, prey is scarce, and even the cats that remain prove to be more than the territories and surrounding lands can support. Cats are starving and dying, and the Clans fight among themselves and each other for what little prey and territory is left unscathed. In the midst of it all, an ominous prophecy rings in Redwing's mind, and his nightmares grow ever darker with each drop of blood spilled. All cats can't help but wonder: are the Clans really meant to survive?

All kits start out young and naive, don't they? They can't even begin to imagine the horrors that await them outside the walls of camp: the bloodshed, the heartbreak, the vast unknown. Doepaw claims that she'd never shy away from an adventure, that she'd fight tooth and claw for what she believes in, even if she must die for the cause. But that doesn't really seem to be the price for wanting what's right. No, the price for peace is never one's own life. -~- The general basis for the Warriors world comes from Erin Hunter. Book 1 - 6 Cocoanutpelt, living a normal life as a RainClan cat, respectful and loyal to his Clan, he loves RainClan and wouldn't break the warrior code, but Cocoanutpelt dares to challenge his loyalty to his Clan and the warrior code when he meets a beautiful she-cat on a hunters patrol, forever thinking he would never fall for any cat, this might just be StarClan giving him a chance of Love, or a nightmare. If you see any names from the real books, I haven't gotten to far, only to series two, so please don't mention it, I know I might have names of the warriors in the books, just act like its a different cat or something, oh'whale. The four original clans have faded like mist in the wind. The only survivor of the time where StarClan ruled the sky and their descendants ruled the forest is an old queen, heavy with kits, only an apprentice when the rest of her kind died out. With the intent of carrying on that legend, the queen raised her two sons - Birchkit and Oakkit - with hopes of reviving the old clans; or, at least their memory. Moons and moons have passed, and BirchClan and OakClan thrive independently in between the trees their former leaders once owned. The clans are heavily populated, where camps are huge and cats are fed. But the distance between the clans heightens, with the new, young leader of OakClan taking in more territory for himself. Can BirchClan survive through the winter as food supplies fall short and the deputy dies mysteriously just as her kits open their eyes?
