Braden is confused. A Dark Hunter is forbidden to love another. And yet, when a young girl was only 10 years old, she is recruited to be a Dark Hunter. The minute she arrives, Braden knows he likes her. A lot. As time passes he grows to love her. 12 years later they are both undercover. She likes another, and Braden has put aside his feelings. Livy is tired. Tired of all the battles all the training all the time spent undercover. She thinks she loves a human but has feelings for Braden too. She's lonely but would never admit it. Instead she puts away her feelings and takes out her anger in combat. Until now. As Braden and Livy realize everything they believe in is a lie, they fight with everything they got.
