Chara and reader are both gender neutral and use they/them pronouns. The story is set in the future, the monsters have all been freed by Frisk and they all live on the surface. But there's still rumours of a certain 'demon' living in the underground and curious (y/n) decides to go and check that out-aka they go visit mt.ebbot and then meet Chara - it's also an alternate universe because the storyline isnt the same as the canon undertale story...kind of....anyway hope y'all enjoy !
