The Midnight Game

This is a short story I wrote for my class. I wanted to make is Goosebumps-esque while using the Midnight Man game that floats around the internet.

Asylum

It is 1919. Autumn is crazy. Asylum crazy. She is sent to an asylum. What does she do in the asylum? What if she makes friends and even... Love?

Frozen

The needle dug into the skin on the flesh on her back, an excruciating pain running through her so bad that she wanted to scream. Yet she couldn't. Her voice box wouldn't work; neither would her muscles or bones as she dropped onto the hardwood floor with a slump. “I’m sorry.” Was the last words she heard from him bef...
