Grew up in Newark, NJ, living with either mom or grandmother he always felt abandoned by his father. Damien always used neglect from his dad to push him to keep his dreams alive. While growing up he met four guys who were undercover made his life much harder to make his dream come true. Once he attended a performing high school he begun to find his happiness again because he was living his dream to become a producer. Damien then moved to Brooklyn, NY with his half-brother Kalif Brown so he could attend NYU's music group. Damien was hoping that this move would keep his problems away but instead they continued to follow him that only led to his emotions getting too involved with the guys he was having affairs with.
