Vic comes for Kellin's tooth when he is a little boy. He finds him adorable so he promises that he will come back for him on his 18th birthday.

Kellin Quinn spends most of his time in Ash Brooks Hospital, being treated for his health issues. Vic Fuentes is a nurse in training who needs 2000 hours of volunteer work at a hospital. Just so happens, that hospital is Ash Brooks Hospital.
