What on earth happened after those last four fateful words on the Gilmore Girls revival? The possibilities are endless, and this is my take on it. You could say it represents what I desperately hope will happen if they ever make a second season of "A Year in the Life." Major spoilers for the revival. No smut, it's all totally PG. This story starts off the day after Rory graduates from Yale in May of 2007.

This story follows Rory's daily life and all of her struggles, beginning approximately five years after A Year in the Life has ended. This is NOT a sequel to The Aftermath, as this takes a completely different direction. FinnFiction **DISCLAIMER** I do not own the characters or any references from the original series and/or the revival. Those were written by the talented professionals in charge of those official story lines. If it had not been for those episodes which were created by a fantastic team of writers, I never would have been inspired to try and create my own tiny piece of Stars Hollow in my own mind.

Rory's pregnant and she needs to figure out who the father is, AND what to do about the baby. Lorelai and Luke are back together. But they will have to overcome a few... complications. This is going to be a story beginning where the new season left off. If Amy Sherman-Palladino ever writes more episodes off the end of the new series this is what I think will happen.
