"You may now kiss the bride," the priest declares and I turn to face the man in front of me. I force a smile onto my face as he leans in, and try not to upchuck that shot of Tequila I drank in order to go through with this. Coercion, that's how I got to the front of the altar in the old traditional white dress. With over a hundred guests, half which I don't even know their name, staring at us with awe on their faces. An outside wedding, a beautiful ring, everything any girl out there would've wanted, so why am I trying not to empty the contents of my stomach as my new husband's lips connect with mine? I didn't want any of this with him, the conniving blue eyed bastard with a voice that can melt anyone. He forced me. Yep, Roman Ferrar forced me into marrying him by putting the stakes too high for me to deny. He strolled into the hospital room with that damn Armani suit and smirk on his face, making the offer of a lifetime. Well, that was until I figured out what the cost to such a generous offer would be. Unfortunately, it was an offer I could not decline, or should I say he wouldn't let me decline. Putting all types of obstacles in my way, making it impossible for me to even breathe, until I said 'I do'. Now, I'm Ember Ferrar, and I want my freedom. Even if it takes killing my new husband, Till Death Do Us Part, right?

"You walk around like you don't need anyone, yet, you crave for some human companionship," he smirks down at me as he cages my body against the wall with his arms. "And you act like you have the world in your hands when in reality it's crumbling around you," I retort with an unwavering gaze. I'm tired of people thinking that I can be intimidated whenever, labeling me as if I'm just another product on the shelf. Do you have to walk around in life with a label on your forehead determining who you're going to be? "Deep down, you want me, I can see it in your eyes, you crave me," he strokes my cheek with his knuckles. What the hell is he supposed to be, a snickers chocolate bar? 'You crave me,' do I look like Edward Cullen to him? "And you can just go fuck yourself," I pull my face away before kneeing him in the crotch. That's right Mr. Bad Boy, not every girl falls at your feet. Avery Thaller and Jericho Santana, two people living in a world full of cliques and clichés suddenly clash by the hands of fate, or by an overly conceited bad boy that thinks he can get whatever he wants when he wants it. She's fine living life without the baggage that comes with people, he wants to be noticed. They hate each other, don't understand the other, but why do they keep crossing paths no matter how hard she tries not to? Why do the clique leaders continue to pursue this 'nobody'? Could this bad boy be falling for someone so average?

However, when threatened with the possibility of expulsion, Rory and Kale reluctantly agree to make peace for the sake of their education. Over time, something changes, making them question their thoughts and feelings. They say there's a thin line between love and hate, but will a baby be the last push? (Editing but still updating)

** #2 in WATTYAWARDS** ** #24 in FUNNY!** **#3 in SHORT STORY** I whipped around to smell the scent of pine, cigarettes, and mint. Amused grey eyes shined, and dark, shaggy, brown hair filled my vision. His hands were in his low, dark jeans, and his muscled chest puffed out of his white t-shirt, and black leather jacket. His smirk made me tense up. "You." I glared. "Me." He smiled. The one person who could piss me off in a split second, the person who was the sole reason I am who I am today was leaning against one of the navy blue lockers. The atomic bomb just exploded in my life. And his name is Roman Quinn. DISCLAIMER: I wrote this when I was a good 12 years old. There are plot holes, spelling and grammar errors. However, this is the first thing I've ever written and somehow I am STILL proud of it and the grateful for anyone who laughed. (Even if it was just once). Viewer Discretion is Advised.
