It all started out for Derek Hale when he was at the age of seven, entering his second grade class for the first time. To say he was excited was an understatement. He was straight up pumped. The cheerful boy was always in the mood for an adventure, spreading his warm attitude and positive outlook with everyone he met. Even then he was the popular kid - and he was only in the second grade. Then there was the young Elizabeth Ingle.
