The third story in the 'Life As I Knew It' series. It takes place two years after Jane and Maura divorced. Maura is still having a hard time coping with the destruction of her family and the fact that it's her fault. Jane has a hard time keeping her hands to herself. New problems put bumps in Emily and Antonio's already rocky relationship.

Jane is kidnapped at a crime scene and their are no clues that will help the team find her.

She doesn't tell them how all she thinks of when she tries to morph is how she wants to prove everyone wrong. She doesn't say how the disappointment in Zordon's voice rings through her mind each time they stand on the morphing grid. Nor does she talk about how she wonders why the coin that sits in her pocket chose her of all people. She's not strong. She's not a mighty warrior. She's not worthy or deserving of the coin. Heartache and Trini were mutually exclusive. So why the thought of failing at being a Power Ranger hurting so much?

"Golly! Where are my manners? I'm Kara! Kara Danvers!" Kara said, beaming at Lena. Lena felt her heart stop at the sheer brilliance of her smile. "I'm- I'm really sorry for what happened out there- I- Mon-El thought it'd be funny to take Winn's wand and- well that wasn't fair and- I'm rambling aren't I?" She laughed. "I'm Lena." Lena said quietly, staring at her lap. "Lena Luthor."

Selena just wishes that she could fly away, but with a alcoholic mother, abusive brother and a guy who won't leave her alone it's not that easy. Then she meets a young pilot, Zac and love enters her life and there may be a way out for her. But will she take the chance? Another one of my old stories I'm posting :)

This is what the movie would have been like (not exactly) if they stuck with the Bechloe plan. I will be starting from when they meet to the end of the movie. I did this years ago so there are many errors and I'm aware that the lyrics are wrong.
