Stiles gets kidnapped by the organisation WCKD and is taken into the maze, but they mysteriously allow him to keep his memory. Scott and the rest of the pack are devastated. Lydia feels guilty. She never got to tell Stiles how she really feels about him. Six months go by, almost everyone giving up on finding Stiles. Only Scott seems to remain truly optimistic. He can't lose his brother. He clings to the hope that he will find him. Scott knows that Stiles is still out there. Meanwhile, Stiles leads the Gladers to their escape. As the group runs as far away from WCKD as possible, Stiles manages to find Scott, who has been out looking for him in Mexico. After a happy reunion, Scott and Stiles take the Gladers back to Beacon Hills and try to keep them safe. Little do they know that the dangerous events have only just begun...

All he knows is that they survived the Grievers in the Glade, all of the threats in the Scorch, and took down WICKED. But, are they sure that they are safe? After Janson wipes his memories once again, Thomas doesn't remember anything. Not even his life in the Trials. All he knows is one name: Scott McCall. Thomas and Minho escaped, Newt got fixed, they all went their separate ways. Harder for WICKED to track them that way.
