When Ross Alderman literally blows up Jenn's AP Chemistry class, the two of them find themselves stuck with thirty hours of community service. Sage Jacobs was plain and boring. Sure, she was in a band (Marching band). And she was on a few teams (the Mathletes and the Science Olympiads). She was smart, and stayed hidden. But maybe a run in at a music shop isn't too bad. Maybe it's the start of a new life for Sage. And for Caleb.

Violet isn't someone you'd consider optimistic. Chris isn't someone you'd think would be hurting inside. And Marina? She sure isn't the lucky one.
