"You should join the baseball team, Sora!" Iwamoto Sora hasn't led a pleasant life up until now. Due with conflicts with her father, moving from the country side to Tokyo, getting into numerous fights and even becoming a delinquent in middle school, hasn't exactly given her the brightest outlook on life. What happens when Rei Takashima has a daughter? For Hikari Takashima her life has revolved around baseball. She would spend nights watching it with her mother and grandfather. To Hikari she loved baseball. However, all that changed when Hikari was five and her mother got a job as an assistant coach as Seido High School. Everyday Rei would go to the Seido fields she would take her five year old daughter. Thanks to this Hikari has found a soft spot in all the regular's hearts and even the coach. Hikari is the only person ,other than coach, that the boys will listen to. Hikari now getting close to entering High School will have to join Seido High School. The one problem is she is starting to hate baseball. However, can this year of regulars relit the flame of Hikari's love for baseball? Or will her love for baseball completely die out?
