In reality, he gets abused, physically and emotionally, by his drunk father, Grisha Jaeger. The household is definitely not perfect, and Eren has mastered the art of foundation. When these two very opposite peoples' lives cross paths, no one expected it. What happens when Eren wants to be a part of the life of mysterious and alluring Levi Ackerman, or when Levi actually wants to be a part of the others life as well, but puts him in danger by doing so? After being fired from his job, Levi is in desperate need of money, and is willing to step out of his comfort zone in order to get it. Levi returns to Washington after a year of deployment in Vietnam. He spends his first day catching up with friends at his local library.
