[SECOND BOOK OF THE PRIME SERIES] When he was ten years old, Clarence Barlow lost his arm in an unfortunate accident. Five years later he's working as the youngest ever robotics intern at the infamous science facility, Yoglabs. But that's interrupted when a rather dangerous criminal escapes from the Labs and he is assigned to catch her again. To do so, he has to request help from the Sky Army, a strong military fortress known for its three-hundred-year long battle they're still waging against the Teuthidan Army, commonly referred to as squids. There, he has more fun than expected, and starts wonder whether or not he wants to leave.

In this prelude to the universe containing Thalia's Tale, Star Catchers, Transcendence and many other titles, Adam "Sky" Dahlburg joins the military due to a rather rash decision not on his part and ends up with a big job by accident. After losing his father, he never expected that fighting would pull him out of his depression; and he never expected how much he would actually like the army, as well as the friends he made within.

[FIRST BOOK OF THE PRIME SERIES] Mistral City girl Thalia Kal finds herself a part of the Sky Army when she accepts an apprenticeship with the Commander of the base. She soon learns just out dangerous her world can be, along the way honing her leadership skills and using her tactical cleverness to at least attempt to help people. Her adventure is filled with loose ends waiting to be tied and vast numbers of original species as well as derivative ones, Tally-Hos and squids with swords, and a story long, and rather old, but still good. This is a story I wrote a long time ago, but it's the beginning if a series I'm still working on today; I have to edit each chapter before posting it. That's how old I was wen I wrote it. Nonetheless, enjoy! I worked very hard on this whole piece over the years. Note: the plot is unstable. I'm very proud of this universe, but not the first story in it now that I've made several more. Unfortunately, this is the first of the series and therefore unavoidable... So sorry.
