"I am scared to cross the edge," she said. "What are you scared of? I told you, the forest is safe," he replied. "The forest doesn't scare me. The edge does." she sighed. It was true. Fiona was not scared of the forest. She was just scared of crossing the edge. It was like a limit for her. She didn't want to push her limits. She feared the outcome. "Well then, don't be scared. Come on." He took her hand and they went inside. All rights reserved. Should we shun the darkness, embrace it, or merely accept it? In the beginning, that question could be answered so easily. Light and darkness were two separate entities, one good, one evil. That was until the Solar Convergence. About three thousand years ago, the sun and moon permanently aligned. The Solar Convergence, as it was named, forced light and darkness to become a single actuality. Although it seemed that the merge was external, soon, it became clear that the Solar Convergence had the power to fuse the light and darkness within individuals. That kind of fusion, however, overwhelms the human heart, thus stripping the person of all morals and leaving them with just their instincts. Now, a young man named Elijah searches for his parents who had disappeared when he was eight years old. In a world where good and evil are one and the same, Elijah must not only search for his parents, but also for the missing pieces of himself he had lost in his youth. Updates are Fridays. Highest rank: #901 Fantasy Enjoy.

There exists another world, a world offering much more than what Earth has. A world brimming with the stories parents often tell their children, whimsical tales of witches, wizards, and spirits. Those stories tell of the land of Esrar. However, the fantasy that is often passed to the ears of young children is rapidly losing peace. The bond between cities Lostrona, the shining capital, and Felport, a run-down city standing in the shadows, is beginning to shatter. War erupts between the two cities, the fighting refusing to cease until the other surrenders, or is left in ruins. As the war rages, Serena is away from the fighting, living on Earth where she plans to tend to her garden peacefully. It is when she meets Jasper, who witnesses her use magic, that she is once again dragged into the realm she has spent so long shielding herself from. There is no escape from the war once she sets foot on the soil of Esrar, for she learns that she and Jasper are much more meaningful to the fate of Lostrona than she ever could have imagined.

Six high school students. One impossible mission. And a power they never asked for... Kidnapped by the ruthless bio-terrorist group NEMESIS, the teens are exposed to a new element called Primonium-unlocking abilities only the rarest of humans, known as Primes, could possess. NEMESIS plans to unleash Primonium into the atmosphere, creating thousands of superhumans and reshaping society on their own twisted terms. Rescued by Atlas Corp., a private military organization dedicated to stopping NEMESIS, the six teens are thrust into a world of danger, espionage, and powers beyond their imagination. As new Primes, they must progress with their abilities, trust each other, and confront a rising threat that could kill millions. From high school parties to global battlefields, these six heroes must stop NEMESIS before the world changes forever. Evolution isn't a choice-it's a responsibility. And the clock is ticking. 🧬🧬🧬 Red Skies is a semi-grounded superhero story with some light progression elements. Think of it as Captain America meets X-Men meets Power Rangers meets My Hero Academia. There will be three books in the series, each of somewhere in the realm of 30-35 chapters apiece. The series contains 3 POVs, each dealing with different themes, character development, and aspects of the story. Chapters are 2,000-3,000 words, every Saturday at 12 PM EST.
