Mia has waited all her life for that one chance to prove herself. After always been the weak one, after always putting others in danger she finds the perfect opportunity when she ends up with a group of Teens called The Ascendancy. After learning of who they are she agrees to stay and become one of them. Soon an old prophecy is uncovered and the group then must go on a quest to find their ancestors in the hidden and long lost, Kingdom of Snarulea. The journey is perilous, full of dangers that only were known in ancient myths. Will the team pull through together or will they be betrayed?

(Don't read this unless ur okay with not good writing because i wrote this in like 11th grade and I was not good at writing) Having blood that is not red is called pegminitis. Pegminitis is very rare, with only a few hundred people in the whole world having it. Freddy Green has purple coloured blood. Jay Mitchell also has purple coloured blood. When two people with pegminitis have the exact same colour blood, it means that they are soulmates. Soulmate meaning someone who will be in your life forever, the blood bond between the two, making these two people want to be together all the time, be happy and safe together. This sounds great, amazing, and lucky... but not when your "soulmate" is the person who causes you misery everyday.

How far will the Universe take you to get a saving miracle? Just hold on to the hope that the saving miracle is for us to be together. Is there still hope? Computer updates are simple, right? That's not always the case when it involves a Spaceship's AI in the middle of deep space. We have always relied upon technology to travel through space, but sometimes that very same technology develops a mind of its own... *** Rachel, a junior assistant in the cargo bay, wasn't prepared for the spaceship's AI to gain awareness during what should have been a routine update, nor had anyone expected it to take exception to the crew and the crates of illegal cargo aboard. Rachel races against time to try and get life-saving systems back online while stranded in the middle of deep space. Unfortunately for her, the AI can access every system, door, and airlock. As truths emerge, the AI realizes that even computers can make miscalculations, and it focuses on the young woman who had dared to confront it. Rachel is left floundering when the AI decides that she would make an excellent captain, albeit one in need of training. As she struggles to learn her new duties and dodge shady government groups, she must ultimately discover what it truly means to be a Starship Captain. ------- There is no romance in this story. I turned around to regard the tray again. They say practice makes perfect. With another hop and a single wingbeat, I managed to land in the sand tray with fanned wings slowing my momentum. When Dakota, the oldest, doesn't receive an angel (instead, getting assigned someone who calls themselves a demon) they get a little worried. Will they figure out the error in the system? I believe my name was Iriko. I was twenty years old. My life used to be normal, getting teased by my sisters, becoming their work-slave, that type of thing. But while I was acting as an errand boy, I ended up dying... or that's what I thought. The next thing I knew, I was in a forest, somehow alive. Now there was a problem.
