#Wattys2017 Story. <3 :D During dark times, there's always a light, no matter how small. 16 year old Katrina wants to be that light during World War 3, as people around her are starving to death, most of the water in the world is poisoned and polluted, and there's little to no chance of survival. The last straw for Katrina is being forced to watch as her parents and siblings, including her twin sister, Revina, are taken away to their deaths. Lead by anger and a need for revenge, Katrina forms a band of rebels, those who don't believe in the war and refuse to fight in it. Young and old, they unite under the lead of Katrina. War time officials call them "The Rebels". World leaders know them and view them as simply "annoying mosquitoes". Common folk believe them to be saviors and gods.
