Castiel Novak, (because I'm mainstream, that's why) is and always has been the school loser. Never the most popular, never the funniest, definitely not the most attractive, and with his own home-life troubles already. Some unlikely family issues ends him in Lawrence, Kansas, where he has no hope of starting afresh. Rumors carry fast, and by the end of the day, he has zero new friends and a few new bruises. Dean Winchester, the school gossip topic, the sex god, the jock, and because I'm really cliché, probably the most popular dude at Southwood High, has always lived in Lawrence, Kansas. As far as he is concerned, life is good, and he is intent in keeping it so. Okay guys this is gonna be a lot like every other Destiel fanfic you've ever read, so...

The wings that you have is the opposite color of your soulmates wings. For example; Black and white go together. When you meet your soulmate you just know it and it's the best feeling in the world. John felt that way with Mary. They both died unfortunately and they were buried. So, Dean and Sam are on there own. When you turn 16 you first get your wings. Dean is turning 16 and so is Castiel. Dean doesn't know Castiel exists and Castiel doesn't know Dean exists. That is until Castiel gets transferred to Dean's school.

Angels and demons are fighting a war to the south. Meanwhile in the kingdom of Lawrence an evil demon king rules over its people. His intense training that he is giving his son, the ruling of a whole kingdom and the arguments he has to have with the demon overlord Crowley puts a lot of pressure on King John but he has his angel slaves to make everything better. They clean, they cook, they bring up demon children and in any cases they are used as sex slaves. Every demon has to have a favourite though right? So it is practiced that every demon in the county has an angel assigned to them, for them to do whatever they please to it. But at what cost? Will the angels rebel? Will the demons find a way to be rid of them once and for all? Or do they not want to be rid of them due to the fact that they are their slaves?

Just like every other story Dean Winchester is the school heart throb. Popular, beautiful and confident. And also just like every other story Castiel Novak is the nerdy boy in school with no social skills and an eccentric personality. However this story has a twist. After a party that Castiel's brother throws things start going tits up for Dean Winchester and Castiel Novak. Dean is confused about his feelings for the dark haired boy but the green eyed beauty is the least of Castiel's problems especially now that his wings are coming through. Note: like in my other story, fallen angel, there is a couple of OCs in this story including Zandriel (Zee) because seriously not enough hard core girls in Supernatural Disclaimer: most of the characters are not mine! But you already knew that.
