One day (after watching a SMOSH video) he came across a boy called AmazingPhil, and after clicking on the black and white video labelled 'Phil's Video Blog' he knew that he fell in love. So then it happened. Dan became obssesed with this British, side fringed stranger online that he only ever heard or seen by a simple video that got uploaded whenever. With his obsession Dan dove down trying to find anything to help him contact his love. Until he found a email address...

" my name's blurry face and I care what you think. " Dan Howell has an unknown condition where he cannot see faces - no matter what he wears or does - they are always a blur. The doctors nicknamed it 'blurry face', and there's absolutely nothing they can do about it; Dan will have to live without faces. That is, until he meets Phil Lester - the 'bad boy' of Dan's new school - who's face is strangely visible to Dan; much to Dan's wonder and Phil's distaste.

One day, Dan meets a girl at a bar. He likes her a lot, and so he asks her for her number. She gives it to him, no problem. When he texts her the next day, he finds out that she, indeed, gave him a fake number. But who knew something good could come out of it? Dan: Kaylie? Unknown Number: sorry, dude. fake number, I guess.
