There are thing in my world called Guardians. Every person that is born has a Guardian. The Guardian is born at the same time as the person, and each Guardian is a different animal and gender, depending on the baby. If the baby is a girl, the Guardian is usually a boy. If the baby is a boy, the Guardian is usually a girl. You cannot see your Guardian unless they want you to. They protect us without our knowing and they don't die unless we do. They can transform into a human and their animal when they wish to. When a person meets their Guardian, the Guardians creature appears somewhere on the persons body.
