Tyler and Josh were best friends, but after Tyler's accident, it was as if he was meeting Josh again for the first time and he grew different feelings for him only to find out that they had been mutual all along. The two boys are back home and Tyler begins to re-discover music for what feels like the very first time. Between learning the piano and writing poetry, he starts to remember Twenty Øne Piløts, the band he and Josh formed. Josh is forced to deal with his past, haunted by the memories of what he's done to bring Tyler home safely.
