The story begins right as Frisk escapes the Underground, freshly completing a True Pacifist run, and decides one last 'Chara'cter needs to be saved. Frisk didn't expect to get so close with this person. Note that Genocide never occured in this story. Nor will it. It'll begin a bit slow, but the fluff will be heavy. Like, really heavy. After decades of being sealed underground, monsters have returned to the surface world. However, you can't help but feel that they are hiding something. What happened to Chara, the first human said to have fallen into the underground? Curiously, you journey to Mt. Ebott, only to encounter something you never thought you'd see. Or someone: Chara. Chara is referred to as (they/them). Reader is referred to as either male or female, identified as (he/she).
