This is a story about bullying, and like the hundreds of other books on the topic, it will show you the harsh reality of what it is like to be discriminated, belittled, ridiculed for something you cannot control- how you look, who you love, or what you believe in. But unlike these books, this story's sole purpose is not to tear your heart out of your chest as you mourn over your loss of faith in humanity. Instead, this book will make you laugh and love alongside these characters. Just like in life, there will be moments of dread and surrender, but there will be just as many moments of happiness, laughter, and love. Naomi Lorraine, more commonly known as Nerdy Naomi with her thick-rimmed glasses and straight-A report card, is the most unpopular girl in her small school, Dartwell High. And even with the help of her snarky attitude, that doesn't stop her from getting bullied by everyone, every day. She only has to survive the laughs, insults, and bruises her senior year will bring before being free from the prison we know as high school. However, her final year in high school won't be how she planned when she catches the attention of the three new senior transfer students: Bennett Frazier, Jordan Wallace, and Declan Lynch. Their unordinary friendship may be what will save Naomi, not just from her bullies, but from herself. - This is a stand-alone story inspired by my 2015 Wattys Talk of the Town Award Winner TGGBB or "The Good Girl's Bad Boys: The Good, The Bad, and The Bullied". It is a separate work from TGGBB Series. Readers of TGGBB and Rereaders of this story will not be tolerated in spoiling the story for First Time Readers. Trigger Warning: Contains depictions of violence, bullying (based on racism, gender, sexuality, and more), sexual harassment and assault, mental abuse, and cursing in languages other than English (Yes, I have found a loophole on my no cursing rule).

My name's Rubye Chandler. But I haven't been called that ever since I got my hands on the unsolved Rubik's Cube on my teacher's desk in kindergarten. Now I'm called Rubix. I'm the heart-throb of the school, almost every guy in school claims they're in love with me, almost. The only problem is who will have me? But that problem ended when someone said: "Let's handle this like gentlemen. Whoever can beat Rubix at her own game, can rightfully claim her his." No way I'm going to let my dignity and record taken away without a fight, with a record of 7.26 seconds. I'm confident no one will beat me, and that I can live off being single the rest of high school. But the tables turn when there's a new kid in town. He's not like most guys, failing in art and other classes, skipping classes and not participating in the games. Something about him is different, little did I know that one thing would change the Rubix Cube Challenge forever.

Naomi sighed in disbelief. "How can you hate college? It's the time of announcing who you used to be and becoming who you are meant to be." "That and even more essays," Jordan muttered. Naomi rolled her eyes at him. "Don't act like you even did essays in high school. I've seen your report card," Declan scoffed. Jordan smirked. "You do know I switched my report card with yours, right?' "You did no such thing!" Declan exclaimed. "Bet?" Jordan asked. Bennett roughly pushed himself in between them. "It's college and you guys are still arguing." "When it's Christmas, you don't even smile,"Jordan replied. "We're not even in college yet," Declan grumbled. "This is a BOOT camp to see if we are 'worthy' to get in." "I know," Noami gushed. "Isn't it exciting?" "Super exciting," Bennett answered, emotionlessly. "Come on, guys!" Naomi declared. "It's an excellent time for us to advance our educational accomplishments, skillfulness, and principled reputation." "It's also a time for me to finally buy a dictionary," Jordan whispered into Declan's ear. College life. Full of ups, downs, and...experimenting. You'll meet the good, the bad or both. But what about those in between the whole scenario? Well, let's just state that saying, "Word travels fast", isn't only for high schoolers. (Fanfiction and cover by CallMehKray. "I'm telling you Declan, I don't know how it happened it just happened!" I yelled at him, throwing my hands up in desperation, trying to explain the situation. "So, let me hear this one last tim-" He lingered questionably, before I cut him off "No! I don't need to explain! He kissed me! Bennett Frazier kissed me!" I repeated the a-thousandth time. I couldn't help but bust into hysterics. "Naomi, why are you laughing?" Declan questioned, lightly slapping me on the cheek. "Why aren't you laughing with me?" I questioned him,"He have to rejoice! Bennett freaking kissed me!" - "Bennett kissed me, Bennett kissed me." I repeated over and over in my sleep. Yes, in my sleep, someone was gently rocking me, attempting to wake me up. I gave up and opened my eyes to find deep dark blue eyes staring back at me. Well, this week is going to be interesting. - This is like a spinnoff of TGGBB, where Bennett and Naomi explore their relationship, and maybe a little Jeclan thrown in (Wink Wink)
