I tried plucking things from the anime such as the short brown haired female and ginger twins, but honestly, it's going off the track of Ouran and into its own story. Lots of things take time. It's the natural flow of time that helps us establish routine in our daily lives. Time-Travelers don't have that sort of peace. They carry the burden of the constant changes that their decisions create, with no way to truly reverse their actions. A fleeing woman, having messed up a teleportation, is stuck in The Great Between, an barren area in between time and space itself. She's left with nothing but herself, her home, and an overwhelming sense of regret. Here, she finds herself in the company of three brothers, Eris, Proteus, and Jaycn. The "Chaos" Brothers are notorious for causing time shenanigans throughout an eternity of timelines, although it seems to the woman that they rarely ever get along. One would think that having a home would bring the brothers closer together, when it ended up doing the opposite.
