If I didn't reveal any feelings towards him by then, I was granted access off the island. But if I caved in to him, I, Amber Hawthorne, would never leave Neverland ever again. Surviving the Shift was one thing. Now Peter and Catherine face a new challenge when Catherine's mother, Morgana, sends her precious shadow to fetch her daughter. Catherine is then forced to return to the land she swore she would never look back at and memories from her past begin to overwhelm her, dredging up feeling she believed were long burried. Will Catherine be able to overcome the heartbreak of her past and be willing to finally share her pain or will Morgana succeed in destroying her daughter entirely?

"Davis, take her to the cage." Pan then turns and strides away. "Yes, sir," Davis replies while smirking at me. Despite my protests, he roughly grabs my arm and hauls me away from the group of boys and into the surrounding forest. I wait until I'm sure we are out of earshot before I make my move. I stamp on his foot hard. He winces and loosens his grip just enough for me to break free. I then kick him in his midsection causing him to lose his balance and snatch his spear away. I use the blade to slice the ropes binding my wrists and before Davis has time to call for help, I knock him out with one swing of the weapon. His unconscious form slumps to the ground and lays motionless at my feet. I grimace. He's going to have a huge lump on his head when he comes around. "Sorry Davis," I whisper and I take off into the woods. Peter Pan brought me to Neverland for a reason, but he's forgotten one very important detail. I've been here before.

Uriel doesn't know where she is. Or who she is. All she remembers is her name and two yellow eyes with a deep voice. All she has is a dagger and a small brown notebook with rules about weird things. Things called "Dreamshade" and places called "Neverland." All she knows is that she should follow the rules, or she will get hurt. Rule #1: Try to avoid people, especially people named Peter Pan.
