This is in an AU where Steve's identity was kept secret from the public. Which makes sense as he was a part of a top secret government experiment. It's also more convenient for my plot. So, there you go. I'm rubbish at descriptions. Also, I own none of the good characters, those all belong to Marvel. I do, however claim ownership on my plot and main character, as dinky as they may be.
