Their whole life they had been separated. Their whole life they never knew they existed. Their whole life they had lived without a sibling. Dipper growing up in Gravity Falls, Oregon with so-called 'Stanford Pines' and Mabel in Piedmont, California. It stays that way until the age of 12 where Mabel finds out she has a brother up in Oregon. She will get there no matter the cost or length. Ecstatic and enthused when she finally gets to her destination and when she finally finds her long-lost twin, she quickly tries to bond and be with him. Her brother on the other hand? Not so much. Even though it took some arguments to get it through his head, Dipper had to accept the fact she was staying for the summer. That summer of 2012 is even more crazier than imagined, filled with new creatures and wild adventures. Mabel and Dipper have never been together before...but it doesn't mean they won't be by the end of a couple months.

After Dipper has regained his body and Bill had been taken away from it. Dipper Pines was a semi-normal kid while he was twelve. By the time he was thirteen, he had accepted nothing in his life would be "normal" ever again. At least, not in Gravity Falls. Years later, by some unbelievable chance, he meets a new friend. Sadly, and ironically, he might be his friend's only chance at survival. It was really too bad his... heh... Thirteen year olds, Dipper and Mabel Pines have never been to Gravity Falls, Oregon. They've heard of it, of course, as both of their great uncles live there. But, they've not once gotten the gut to go and physically travel there. FaceTime and Skype works fine, right? One day, Dipper receives a strange gift from his father, who was always one for trying new things. So, "trying new things" is just what Dipper did. Now stuck somewhere in between space and time, Dipper needs to figure out how to get back to his present time period before he's truly history.
