Oreun is in danger. In order to counter the upcoming disaster, Oreun has given the gift of being a Rune Wielder. It is given to humans that, if they survive, are granted a power to protect Oreun and its four planets. The power that Oreun passes down from human to human differs every thirty years. Every thirty years, a new cycle starts for those who must guard the artifacts and keep Oreun the way it has always been--safe. Four teens. Four planets. One universe. Everything seems easy enough until they learn of the dangers that comes with being a protector, and just how much they must sacrifice for themselves and others. Just as things seemed to have been calmed down, something new arises from the ruins of an old planet unspoken of, forgotten in time by everyone except the original four. A fifth Rune Wielder. Between Colbie's own problems accepting herself as a guardian and constant infighting between her teammates, Oreun seems doomed on its way to reviving the corrupt Rune Wielder's power.

The palace is a graveyard of dreams and hope. It slowly lures you in with its mesmerizing beauty, giving silky promises of power and wealth. But as soon as you take a step into the mirage, the doors snap shut. Then you realize... The high palace walls are nothing more than a cage of bones. The peaceful lotus pool is simply a resting place for thousands of lost souls. And laughter and smiles are a weapon to kill you before you can even mutter a single word. When lucky, a remain or two may find its way out - a fragmented jade or two bloody teeth, a remembrance that this indeed was history. From her birth, she was chained by the invisible strings of fate. What was the palace but another prison? Her bargain was her freedom, and his bet was the future of the empire. He favored the land over her, so she chose herself over him. But when she finally had the chance to escape, she found that she couldn't. For her hands were spotted with crimson blood.

Six high school students. One impossible mission. And a power they never asked for... Kidnapped by the ruthless bio-terrorist group NEMESIS, the teens are exposed to a new element called Primonium-unlocking abilities only the rarest of humans, known as Primes, could possess. NEMESIS plans to unleash Primonium into the atmosphere, creating thousands of superhumans and reshaping society on their own twisted terms. Rescued by Atlas Corp., a private military organization dedicated to stopping NEMESIS, the six teens are thrust into a world of danger, espionage, and powers beyond their imagination. As new Primes, they must progress with their abilities, trust each other, and confront a rising threat that could kill millions. From high school parties to global battlefields, these six heroes must stop NEMESIS before the world changes forever. Evolution isn't a choice-it's a responsibility. And the clock is ticking. 🧬🧬🧬 Red Skies is a semi-grounded superhero story with some light progression elements. Think of it as Captain America meets X-Men meets Power Rangers meets My Hero Academia. There will be three books in the series, each of somewhere in the realm of 30-35 chapters apiece. The series contains 3 POVs, each dealing with different themes, character development, and aspects of the story. Chapters are 2,000-3,000 words, every Saturday at 12 PM EST.

There exists another world, a world offering much more than what Earth has. A world brimming with the stories parents often tell their children, whimsical tales of witches, wizards, and spirits. Those stories tell of the land of Esrar. However, the fantasy that is often passed to the ears of young children is rapidly losing peace. The bond between cities Lostrona, the shining capital, and Felport, a run-down city standing in the shadows, is beginning to shatter. War erupts between the two cities, the fighting refusing to cease until the other surrenders, or is left in ruins. As the war rages, Serena is away from the fighting, living on Earth where she plans to tend to her garden peacefully. It is when she meets Jasper, who witnesses her use magic, that she is once again dragged into the realm she has spent so long shielding herself from. There is no escape from the war once she sets foot on the soil of Esrar, for she learns that she and Jasper are much more meaningful to the fate of Lostrona than she ever could have imagined.
